Every Signature booking comes with a dedicated contact of your own — one person, one number, for the length of your reservation. That contact works in partnership with several Les Clefs d'Or concierges — the international society of palace concierges whose crossed gold keys open doors most people never see.
Book the car for a day at your disposal, and that day your contact is at your disposal too — reachable around the clock. A change of plan, a preference, a request from the back seat: you tell one person, and it is handled.
